Excellent opportunity for a Production Manager to join a successful business, where you’ll lead the wood finishing department and play a key role in driving quality, performance, and continuous improvement.

This successful timber flooring business is recognised for innovation and quality. They are currently in a phase of rapid expansion and are seeking a motivated and energetic Production Manager to oversee daily operations within their wood finishing workshop.
This practical leadership role involves working closely with the team on the workshop floor, maintaining high finishing standards while developing people and improving processes, and getting involved hands‑on with wood finishing work.
THEN ROLE:
- Oversee and partake in wood finishing operations to ensure productivity, quality, and efficiency targets are achieved
- Manage a team of wood finishers
- Ensure all H&S and Quality standards are being adhered to
- Drive CI incentives
- Mon‑Fri – 40 hours a week – days based role
THE PERSON:
- Production super‑vising / team‑leading experience
- Hands‑on wood finishing/machining
- Proven experience leading and developing teams
- Strong understanding of ISO9001 quality and H&S standards
