Senior Social Worker – Child & Family (Hybrid, Leeds)

Tripod Partners is seeking an experienced Social Worker in Leeds to join a busy Child & Family team. The role offers hybrid working and a focus on restorative, relationship-based practice to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.

You will manage complex statutory caseloads, including assessments, CIN, CP, and Care Proceedings, with a lead worker role but no line management duties. We emphasise family-led decision-making and risk management.
