What you will do
- Conduct strengths-based, person-centred assessments and interventions
- Undertake safeguarding enquiries aligning with the Care Act and local procedures
- Manage a varied workload, involving both crisis situations and regular duty work
- Collaborate effectively with health and social care partners to deliver comprehensive support
- Contribute to the team through a duty rota and team-based approach
- Champion outcomes-focused and preventative practices, keeping person-centred care at the heart of your work
Candidate requirements
- Minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience in Adult Social Care
- Strong grounding in statutory adult social work services and safeguarding practices
- Proficiency in operating within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Commitment to strengths-based and person-centred practice
- Must be a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
