What you will do

  • Conduct strengths-based, person-centred assessments and interventions
  • Undertake safeguarding enquiries aligning with the Care Act and local procedures

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience in Adult Social Care
  • Strong grounding in statutory adult social work services and safeguarding practices
  • Proficiency in operating within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Commitment to strengths-based and person-centred practice
  • Must be a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
