QA Software Tester (Learning Tech Software / Web Apps)

We’re hiring a QA Software Tester with strong experience testing web applications — not just for bugs, but for responsiveness, usability, and capability under real-world conditions. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our front-end and back-end systems work seamlessly together.
What you’ll be doing:
- Testing a large-scale .NET web application used by clients
- Running structured test cases and exploratory testing to identify UI, UX, and functional issues
- Reproducing and clearly documenting bugs using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
- Collaborating with developers and product teams to ensure issues are understood and resolved quickly
- Helping improve QA standards, tooling, and documentation as we grow
What you’ll bring:
- Strong hands‑on experience testing complex web applications in a commercial environment
- Familiarity with the Microsoft tech stack (.NET Core, Azure, SQL Server)
- Ability to write clear, actionable bug reports and work collaboratively with developers
- (Bonus) Knowledge of automated testing tools like Selenium or Cypress
