International Tax Manager – 12 Month FTC
Marks Sattin is partnering with a well-recognised, financial services firm to recruit an International Tax Manager on a 12-month contract based in London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing global tax team within a business that has experienced significant growth and international expansion. The role offers strong exposure to cross-border structuring, M&A activity and strategic tax initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
The Role
Reporting to the senior international tax leadership team, you will support global tax strategy and work closely with finance, legal, treasury and corporate development teams.
- Supporting tax aspects of international M&A transactions, including reviewing tax due diligence and structuring.
- Managing relationships with external tax advisers across multiple jurisdictions.
- Working with the tax reporting and compliance teams during quarterly and year-end reporting cycles.
- Partnering with transfer pricing specialists on intercompany transactions and policy implementation.
- Supporting finance teams with cash tax forecasting and planning.
- Monitoring international tax legislation changes and advising on business impacts.
- Acting as a key business partner across finance, legal, HR, treasury and corporate development teams.
About You
We are keen to speak with tax professionals who bring:
- A professional tax or accounting qualification eg. CTA
- Approximately 5–10 years’ across cross border tax structuring
- Experience working across multiple jurisdictions or international tax structures.
- Exposure to M&A transactions, transfer pricing, and tax reporting.
- Experience in financial services or private equity-backed businesses would be beneficial.
