Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products whose quality is recognised as second to none. With a strong order book and due to growth into various export markets they are looking for a CAPEX Project Manager to join their Senior Leadership Teams.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead high-value projects that modernise production and boost efficiency.
Own projects end-to-end from concept and design to commissioning and handover.
Work at the heart of the action with engineering, operations, and senior leadership.
Champion cutting-edge solutions in automation, sustainability, and performance.
Deliver projects that directly impact how a beloved brand is made.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Proven success delivering capital projects in FMCG or manufacturing.
Strong engineering or technical background.
Confident managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholders at all levels.
A natural leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
Experience in refurb, install and commissioning of machinery.
