Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end delivery of projects by coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources.
- Assist in planning and scheduling activities using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Track progress against key milestones and help identify potential risks or delays.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and updates for senior stakeholders.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to keep projects on track.
- Contribute to risk, change, and issue management processes.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proficiency in coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources to support project delivery.
- Experience planning and scheduling with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Ability to track milestones and identify risks or delays.
- Experience preparing reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
- Collaborative work style with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of risk, change, and issue management processes.
