Real Estate Solicitor (2–4 PQE) – Birmingham- Hybird
Salary: £50,000–£62,000 + bonus

Our Real Estate team of 15+ solicitors operates across multiple Midlands offices. We are seeking a talented and motivated Real Estate Solicitor with 2–4 years’ PQE to join our Birmingham office. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic, growing team working with high-profile clients on a wide range of real estate matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own client caseload and deliver fee-earning work, consistently meeting departmental targets
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and firm procedures
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives
- Collaborate effectively within the team and support marketing initiatives
- Stay up to date with legal trends and best practices through training and research
- You will be working on wide range of legal areas, including handling Sales and Purchases of Commercial Property, Lease Negotiations, Secured Lending, Corporate Support, and Landlord and Tenant Matters.
