About Palladian

Palladian Investment Partners is a London-based private equity firm specialising in the lower middle market. As an independent financial sponsor, we invest through single-asset structures rather than traditional blind pool funds — a model that lets us be highly selective, move with conviction, and build deep partnerships with the management teams we back. We are a team of nine.

The Opportunity

This is a fractional role for an experienced professional who wants to make a real impact without a full-time commitment. Working approximately 2–3 days per month, you will own our group governance and corporate structure end-to-end, serve as a trusted adviser to the two managing partners, and help us build a high-quality governance environment as the firm grows.

The role is primarily remote, with periodic visits to our Mayfair office. Remuneration is £50–70 per hour, depending on experience.

What You’ll Do

Board & investment committee governance

  • Own and manage the annual calendar of partnership board, audit committee, and investment committee meetings
  • Support the managing partners in preparing quarterly board reports
  • Record and circulate accurate minutes

Corporate structure

  • Own and manage all aspects of our corporate and investment structures
  • Incorporate new vehicles to support investments
  • Manage all Companies House filings
  • Working with our fund administrator, ensure all KYC/AML requirements are met across our stakeholder base

Compliance

  • Provide active, hands-on support to our Compliance Director

Banking

  • Own our banking relationships and manage the opening of new entity accounts
  • Maintain up-to-date bank information across the group

Insurance

  • Actively manage PI and employer liability insurance, including renewals

About You

You are a confident, self-sufficient professional who thrives working independently and takes genuine pride in running things well. You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in a company secretary function, ideally within financial services
  • A proactive, hands-on approach — you get involved at every level and don’t wait to be asked
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational ability and meticulous attention to detail
  • Comfort working independently in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
  • ICSA/CGI qualification is advantageous but not essential
