The role is actually titled as a “Lead”, that is due to owning your particular workstream, so you can put your own stamp on things, it is not leading a team however. It can suit people with as little as 4 years experience.
The salary is 64K base with a 5% bonus (half of which is guaranteed, the other half, usually achieved) I appreciate more money can be gotten elsewhere, I still think these guys are great. fantastic environment and people. the candidates we’ve placed there are really engaged and sing its praises!

Hybrid – 2 days a week close to London bridge. (Some weeks may be one day)
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of analytical and machine learning workstreams
- Uphold best practices in coding, documentation, reproducibility etc
- Occasionally mentoring more junior peers
They’re pretty cloud agnostic, Azure would be great though. Looking for the below skill set:
Required Skills
- Exp delivering applied data science or ML projects, including feature engineering, model selection, evaluation etc
- Experience in translating business problems into analytical approaches, and designing modelling strategies.
- Strong Python
- Amazing if you have exp with a range of ML & agentic frameworks
