Job Description
Our client, a rapidly expanding real estate finance company in North West London, is seeking an ambitious and motivated Graduate to join their real estate lending team. The role offers comprehensive training, clear career progression, and is based in North West London.
Applicants should have minimum 18 months experience within the property or real estate sectors and be educated to degree level in order to be considered for this opportunity.
Duties include:
- Handling and assessing affordability of potential borrowers
- Underwriting loans to mitigate risk from initial contact through to practical loan completion
- Liaising with valuers and analysing their reports to get a true understanding of the property value and making sure all elements of risk are known to the valuer
- Analysing the UK real estate market and considering appetite for future lending
- Handling post loan matters from development funding to granting of leases
Skills and experience required:
- Real Estate experience – essential
- Educated to degree level – essential
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Strong numerical skills
