Associate Real Estate Asset Manager

A well funded investment firm seeking a Junior Real Estate Asset Manager to support investment analysis, portfolio monitoring, and internal decision-making across a diversified real assets investment platform. The role offers exposure to transactions, asset performance, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced investment environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain analytical tools to evaluate asset-level and portfolio-level performance
• Support the assessment of potential transactions and strategic initiatives
• Monitor portfolio metrics, capital movements, and return drivers
• Prepare clear internal materials to support management review and investment decision processes
• Gather and synthesise market intelligence from public, proprietary, and advisor sources
• Liaise with internal specialists and external service providers
• Assist with initiatives related to asset optimisation and portfolio positioning

Candidate Profile

• 1–5 years’ experience in real estate asset management, investment, advisory, or related analytical roles
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• High level of professionalism, judgement, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in collaborative, team-based environments
• Fluent English required; additional language skills advantageous
