Requirements:

• Minimum of five years of experience as an orthopaedic sales representative
• Management / Team Leadership experience desirable
• Highly organized, detail oriented and analytical to devise and implement a strategic plan.
• Ability to prioritize company objectives to meet sales goals.
• Good working knowledge of orthopaedic theatres throughout the North West.

Responsibilities

• Support the learning and development of the sales team.
• Coordinate with sales team to generate and meet with prospective leads.
• Track and report all sales activities.
• Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis.
