ICTS Project Engineer (London)

We are currently seeking an ICTS Project Engineer who will play a critical role in delivering innovative security systems for our clients. Responsibilities

• Work with specific customers to ensure the smooth running of projects. Additionally, there may be a requirement to continue in the role of Senior Installation Engineer, depending on workloads.
• Partner with a team to install security systems at customer’s premises.
• Supervise the workforce and ensure full compliance with the design/specifications on any project.
• On occasion, the role will also involve Project Managing and installing any smaller orders that the company receives through either the Service or Installation Department when in country or on a site already.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within the security industry.
• Strong knowledge of security systems including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and integrated security solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and analytical skills to address technical challenges effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members.
• Willingness to travel to sites as needed and work flexible hours to meet project demands.
• Great initiative, autonomy, and client liaison.
