Contract Administrator / Project Manager & CAD Technician – York – Office Based
Waites Recruitment Consultancy are seeking a Contract Administrator for a client based in York and Hull for full time employment.
- 5+ years’ experience in the hospitality sector
- Full UK Driving License – travelling across the UK is essential to this role
- Office based and remote working
- Experience in managing multiple projects and running meeting taking minutes
- Knowledge of cost management within the interior design sector
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working in project management roles
- Knowledge of building regulations, statutory applications, accessibility standards
- Experience coordinating and producing detail drawing packages from initial site survey is required
- Portfolio of work
