Software Product Engineer – AWS Contact Centre

12‑month contract | Up to £700/day | UK Hybrid

We’re hiring hands‑on Senior Engineers to build and enhance AI‑enabled Amazon Connect platforms for a major UK enterprise.

You’ll work with:

• Amazon Connect, Contact Flows, Amazon Lex, Lambda
• TypeScript / JavaScript / Python
• CI/CD, serverless, monitoring
• LLM‑powered features and AWS AI tools

You must be:

• A hands‑on coder (not an architect)
• Experienced with Connect + Lex (visible in your CV)
• Strong across AWS, serverless and DevOps
• Comfortable working in large, complex environments

12‑month contract, hybrid working, up to £700/day.
