Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Location: South West London

Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid

Salary: £55,000 to £60,000

We are partnering with a leading commercial advisory Real Estate firm looking to hire a highly organised and experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking to build their career within a fast-paced, high-performing commercial property environment.

Role Summary:

Supporting two senior leaders, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of their schedules and priorities. This is a varied position requiring strong organisational skills, discretion, and the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing proactive and strategic thinking and support, coming up with new ideas to support the CEO and Executive team and implementing them
  • Acting as an ambassador for the CEO and business within the team and externally in terms of work ethic, values, standards and support
  • Ensuring all work is carried out with quality, high standard and timeliness, always maintaining confidentiality
  • Structure own workload to meet expectations and deadlines
  • Using initiative to support the CEO through proactive problem solving
  • Researching and providing first draft of letters, communications materials, presentations and reports.

Experience and Skills:

  • 6-10 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant role, ideally within Real Estate, Investment Management or Private Equity
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with professional written and verbal skills
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and eager to learn
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
