Location: Filton, Bristol – BS34 area

Pay: £13.50 per hour

Weekly Pay – Every Friday

Smart Solutions are currently recruiting a Team Leader to join a busy waste management operation in Filton (BS34). This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a small team and working in a hands-on role outdoors.

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 5:00pm

Optional Saturday work available

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading a small team of 2–4 staff
• Organizing and supporting the distribution of recycling sacks and waste bags to local households
• Ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
• Providing guidance and support to team members
• Reporting progress to management

What We’re Looking For

• Previous team leader or supervisory experience
• Confident communicator with a hands-on approach
• Reliable and organized
• Driving license beneficial but not essential
