Cloud Architect – Hybrid (Leeds)

We’re working with a fantastic, purpose driven valued led organisation that makes a real world impact, undergoing a major technology transformation. This is a rare opportunity to join a business where your work genuinely makes a difference, while tackling complex, enterprise scale challenges. I am currently recruiting for a Cloud Architect to take ownership of their cloud and infrastructure strategy, playing a key role in shaping the future of their technology landscape.
The Role
This is a high impact, enterprise-level architecture position where you will:
- Own the Cloud & Infrastructure domain across the organisation
- Define and drive the target state architecture and roadmap
- Establish standards, patterns, and governance for infrastructure and cloud environments
- Act as the go to subject matter expert, supporting solution architects and delivery teams
- Provide architectural assurance and design sign off across programmes
A critical part of the role will be leading and shaping a significant onpremise to cloud migration, ensuring it is secure, scalable, and cost effective.
Skillset:
- Proven experience operating as a Domain / Enterprise level Architect
- Strong background across cloud and infrastructure (Azure focused)
- Hands on experience leading on-premise to cloud migration programmes (essential)
- Ability to operate across the full enterprise, not siloed within a single team or project
- Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence at senior levels
