We’re looking for exceptional General Managers and Assistant Managers for sites in West London. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations across West London pubs to deliver exceptional guest experiences and high standards of service and environment.
• Develop, motivate and lead teams; foster a collaborative, local-pub culture with individual character.
• Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and operational practices across sites.
• Support recruitment, training and development of staff; participate in the apprenticeship programme where appropriate.
• Contribute to a positive, family-like workplace that values people over CVs and encourages personal growth.

Qualifications

• National Insurance number and bank account.
• Good written and spoken English.
• The right to work in the UK.
