Are you an experienced Customer Service Manager? Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a Customer Service Manager. You will play a key role in overseeing the customer service function, ensuring exceptional service delivery, managing a small office-based team, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Qualifications
Essential
- Experience as a customer service manager or similar role
- Background in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to lead, support and develop a customer service team
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
Desirable
- Experience using CRM or ERP systems is desirable but not essential
- Proactive and flexible approach to work
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily customer service operations, ensuring all enquiries, issues and orders are handled promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a reliable point of contact for key accounts.
- Work closely with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and on‑time delivery.
- Implement and improve customer service processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Monitor service performance metrics, customer satisfaction and workflow, ensuring targets are met consistently.
