Your Role

As a Supervisor, you will learn and develop the skills needed to lead a successful team and deliver exceptional client experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Learning People Management Skills
  • Shadow experienced managers and participate in coaching sessions.
  • Develop the ability to motivate and support a team.
  • Sales Floor Support
  • Assist in ensuring processes are followed and client needs are met.
  • Learn how to manage daily operations effectively.
  • Sales Development
  • Build strong personal sales skills through a consultative approach.
  • Gain experience in upselling and cross‑selling luxury products.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous retail or customer service experience (luxury goods or jewellery preferred).
  • Passion for jewellery, gemstones, and precious metals (JET qualification advantageous but not essential).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with clients.
  • Strong desire to learn and progress into management.
  • Flexibility with regard to working hours.
