Overview

My client, a leading property business, is looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their legal team. This is a 12 month FTC with potential to go permanent.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead conveyancing transactions with external solicitors
• Documentation and reporting
• Compliance and inspection
• General legal support on commercial and business matters

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Conveyancing
• Broader real estate law experience
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Paralegal experience in conveyancing is required
