Job Description

• Orchestrate senior‑level stakeholder engagements
• Prepare briefs and talking points for leadership
• Coordinate protocol and follow‑through
• Anticipate risks and manage issues discreetly
• Interface with local and international counterparts
• Act as a trusted central point of contact

The Successful Applicant

• UAE National with fluent Arabic and English
• Proven experience operating within Abu Dhabi federal or local government
• Direct, hands‑on exposure to Ministers, Government Leaders, Commercial Executives, Chairs, or equivalent
• Track record managing politically sensitive or high‑stakes engagements
• Strong judgement and confidence operating without explicit instruction
• Able to combine relationship strategy, protocol, and operational execution
