  • Lead E2E test planning and execution, ensuring business processes and technical integrations are validated across systems.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for testing across business, technology, and supplier teams.
  • Report test progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to programme leadership and governance forums.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • Hands‑on experience with E2E testing, validation of business scenarios, and integration points.
  • Ability to manage defect lifecycles, prioritisation, and resolution with multiple delivery teams.
  • Strong organisational skills, managing multiple test workstreams concurrently.
  • Experience producing high‑quality test documentation that meets governance, audit, and compliance expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting and executive updates.
