We are looking for an experienced administrator to join the Temporary Staffing Team within the Corporate Division on a substantive basis. The role provides a robust PA service to members of the Senior Management Team. Strong administrative and IT skills are essential, as is the ability to work autonomously and manage conflicting priorities.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to members of the Temporary Staffing Management Team.
- Manage Microsoft Outlook diaries, organize meetings, book meeting rooms, and arrange travel.
- Print, collate, and distribute meeting papers; draft agendas and prepare meeting documents.
- Attend meetings and take formal minutes or action notes using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Take formal minutes at panel meetings.
- Produce a high standard of correspondence such as letters, reports and other documents.
- Update and maintain the HR system (ESR), recording leave, sickness, and training.
- Progress and chase actions as required.
- Organize internal and external events, including catering requirements.
- Work under strict deadlines while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Work agile and adapt to changing priorities.
Qualifications
- Experienced administrator with strong administrative and IT skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage conflicting priorities.
- Knowledge of NHS processes is preferred but not essential.
- Professional, ‘can do’ attitude and high standard of professionalism.
- Commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
