New Build Customer Services Executive – Central London

£40,000 | Permanent | May/June 2026 start

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

We’re working on behalf of a high‑end residential developer to recruit an experienced Customer Services Executive for a flagship Central London development.

This is a hands‑on role managing the homeowner journey from exchange through to the end of the 2‑year warranty period. You’ll be the key point of contact on site, responsible for delivering a professional, well‑managed experience in a demanding, client‑facing environment.

The role

  • Manage homeowner relationships from exchange through to post‑completion
  • Conduct home demonstrations, inspections, and handovers
  • Oversee defects, coordinating contractors to resolution
  • Support smooth move‑ins and day‑one experience
  • Maintain accurate records via Salesforce and internal systems

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in customer service within a new homes developer or housing association
  • Strong understanding of defects management and handover process
  • Confident dealing with high‑value clients and managing expectations
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independentlyAble to take ownership of a portfolio without close supervision
