We’re working on behalf of a high‑end residential developer to recruit an experienced Customer Services Executive for a flagship Central London development.

This is a hands‑on role managing the homeowner journey from exchange through to the end of the 2‑year warranty period. You’ll be the key point of contact on site, responsible for delivering a professional, well‑managed experience in a demanding, client‑facing environment.
The role
- Manage homeowner relationships from exchange through to post‑completion
- Conduct home demonstrations, inspections, and handovers
- Oversee defects, coordinating contractors to resolution
- Support smooth move‑ins and day‑one experience
- Maintain accurate records via Salesforce and internal systems
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in customer service within a new homes developer or housing association
- Strong understanding of defects management and handover process
- Confident dealing with high‑value clients and managing expectations
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independentlyAble to take ownership of a portfolio without close supervision
