Responsibilities
- Own the design of dashboards, product metrics, and performance reports, turning data into actionable insights for stakeholders, cross‑functional partners, and product teams.

- Dive into large, complex datasets to turn findings into scalable data models that facilitate full‑funnel reporting, analytics, and ML models.
- Translate product and business requests into accurate reports and automated data pipelines using Python, SQL, dbt, and Airflow.
- Lead cross‑functional projects with analysts, engineers, and product teams to build and maintain high‑quality data pipelines and sources.
- Drive experimentation infrastructure by leading the design and launch of A/B testing frameworks, testing hypotheses, and translating results into clear product recommendations.
- Support ad‑hoc data requests for feature performance, user onboarding, product reviews, and day‑to‑day business needs.
- Deliver insights that shape product direction through clear, data‑driven storytelling.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of data analysis experience with deep knowledge of product KPIs, full‑funnel performance, and the ability to connect marketing and product insights to drive business growth. Fintech or crypto background is a plus.

- SQL is at the core of everything you do in this role and we expect full mastery of it, including complex joins, CTEs, and analytical functions. Strong hands‑on Python proficiency is equally important.
- Familiarity with dbt is welcomed and will set you apart, though it is not a strict requirement.
- Experience setting up and managing data pipelines with a strong understanding of data workflow orchestration.
- Hands‑on experience designing and running A/B tests and experimentation frameworks with the ability to translate results into clear growth recommendations.
- Capable of creating intuitive dashboards and visualizations to communicate complex insights clearly.
- Strong communicator who can simplify complex data ideas for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
