HR Director – Milton Keynes

Salary: £85,000-£90,000 per annum plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations and strategy, leading a team of 4.
• Create, design, and implement HR strategic plans aligned with organisational objectives, including people planning, organisational design, skill gap analysis, and HRIS implementation.
• Partner with board, C‑Suite, group and operational leaders to deliver HR objectives and initiatives.
• Lead the identification and rollout of L&D strategies with an internal specialist.
• Lead the reward programme.
• Drive culture, values and engagement.
• Manage and lead complex employee relations cases.
• Support strategic plans such as integration of acquisitions, including TUPE.
• Provide ad‑hoc reporting and analysis as required.
