Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) / Nurse Practitioner Prescriber – Leeds
Temp to Perm start date at the beginning of August.
Dream Medical is seeking an enthusiastic and positive individual to join our clinical team as a qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Nurse Practitioner Prescriber at a busy GP Surgery in Leeds.
As part of the GP team you will be supporting acute care; you will manage minor ailments and acute conditions, assess, diagnose and treat acute presentations, refer to other members of primary and secondary health care teams and perform a small number of home visits.
You will have previous experience working in accordance with the NMC Code, experience of working with patients and an ability to use the System One electronic health record.
Responsibilities
- Assessment, diagnosis and treatment of acute presentations.
- Referral to other members of the primary and secondary health care team.
- Home visits (a couple per week).
Requirements
- NMC Registration & Pin.
- V100/V300 prescribing qualification.
- Proof of immunisations.
- Up‑to‑date CV.
- Part‑time hours – days and hours are negotiable.
- Excellent salary negotiable on experience.
