Band 4 Senior Management Administrator and PA
We are looking for an experienced administrator to join the Temporary Staffing Team within the Corporate Division on a substantive basis. The role requires strong administrative experience, IT skills and the ability to work autonomously and manage conflicting priorities. NHS experience is preferred but not essential. The role directly supports the senior management team in creating a “Great Place to Work” and providing Safe High-Quality Care to patients.
Main duties of the job
This role requires a high level of administrative ability, working to strict deadlines with confidentiality. It includes managing Microsoft Outlook diaries, organising meetings, booking rooms and travel, preparing agendas and minutes, and supporting the effective running of the department.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Providing support to the Temporary Staffing Management Team.
- Administering Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint for correspondence, letters, reports, etc.
- Updating the HR systems (ESR) with leave, sickness and training data, and chasing required actions.
- Organising internal and external events, including catering arrangements.
Job responsibilities
Provide efficient business‑focused administration and support to the Compliance function of the Temporary Staffing Service. Maintain compliance for all bank workers regarding training, right to work, criminal records checks, professional registrations and other statutory or mandatory checks.
