An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales coordinator to join a well-established global manufacturing business within the construction sector, based in Sheffield.
About the role
This is a customer focused role supporting the sales team, with a strong emphasis on sales order processing, preparing quotations and managing customer enquiries. You will be responsible for responding to incoming enquiries, providing accurate quotations and helping convert enquiries into confirmed orders while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
Managing customer enquiries via phone and emailPreparing and issuing quotationsFollowing up quotations to help secure ordersProcessing sales orders accurately and efficientlyProviding customers with product and order informationLiaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilmentBuilding positive relationships with customers
Requirements
- Experience within a sales support, sales administration or order processing role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to prioritise workload and manage multiple enquiries
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
