Person-Centred Home Care & Support Worker

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Care Worker / Support Worker to provide compassionate, person-centred care in service users’ homes and within the community. You will work to promote dignity, independence and wellbeing, following individual care plans and safeguarding procedures.
