Clinic Administrator – Audiology Admin Team

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join our Audiology admin team. We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Clinic Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional reception service to patients, relatives and colleagues.
  • Ensure that all clinics are fully utilised by collaborating closely with both Administrative and Clinical teams.
  • Manage clinical bookings and cancellations in line with trust guidelines.
  • Work under pressure and maintain efficient workflow.
  • Prioritise and organise own workload while supporting team members.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Experience in a clinical or reception environment preferred.
  • Proactive, positive approach to the working environment.
  • Flexibility to work according to service demand.
