We are partnering with a leading international law firm seeking to appoint an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to join its established legal technology and litigation support team.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing eDiscovery matters from initial instruction through to completion, partnering closely with lawyers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and to deadline.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full lifecycle of eDiscovery projects across multiple matters
• Advise legal teams on workflows, timelines, and best practice
• Coordinate data processing, review workflows, productions, and reporting
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, external providers, and clients
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with quality, budget, and time expectations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across legal technology processes
Candidate Profile
• Previous experience in eDiscovery, Litigation Support, Legal Technology, or related project management roles
• Ideally gained within a law firm or in-house legal environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with Relativity or similar review platforms would be advantageous
• Collections experience is not required
