Cpcs 360 Operator

Overview:We are currently recruiting for experienced and qualified 360 Machine Drivers to join a large-scale Water Treatment Works (WTW) project in West Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work on a major infrastructure scheme within the water and utilities sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating 360 excavators safely and efficiently on a busy water treatment works site
• Carrying out excavation, trenching, grading, and backfilling works
• Assisting with drainage, ducting, and pipe installation
• Working around live services and within confined or restricted areas
• Supporting groundwork teams on civil engineering operations
• Conducting routine plant checks and ensuring machinery is well maintained
• Adhering to strict health & safety procedures and site regulations

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card or NPORS Card with CPCS hologram
• Proven experience operating 360 excavators on civil engineering or water treatment projects
• Strong understanding of site safety, especially within utilities and infrastructure environments
• Experience working on Water Treatment Works, Sewage Treatment Works, or similar projects preferred
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow site instructions
• Full PPE required

Desirable:

• Lifting Ops / Above & Below 10T endorsement
• Confined space awareness
• Experience in utilities, drainage, or pipeline installation

Project Details:

• Large-scale Water Treatment Works project
• Long-term contract (18 months)
