HR Project Manager – Hybrid – 12 month FTC – up to £70,000 plus benefits
We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to support with a HR change project for a leading company. The project will involve both system & process change and is essential that you have previous experience managing HR projects.
This will be an initial 12 month fixed term contract, and is a hybrid role where you will be needed onsite 1-2 days a week.
What you will be doing:
- Lead and oversee multiple workstreams within the programme, providing structured delivery and regular reporting
- Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, resource gaps and financials
- Facilitate collaboration across HR and operational teams
- Ensure readiness for go-live including testing, training and change support
What they are looking for:
- Proven HR change project management experience & ideally experience supporting HR system projects
- Knowledge of the HR discipline including ER, HR policies, procedures & contractual changes
- Ability to lead and influence multi-disciplinary project teams
- Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement
