Senior Service Manager (Integrated Facilities Management) – 2 posts

Location: East Suffolk Services, Rotterdam Road (NR32 2EF) or Ufford Depot (IP13 6ET)

Salary: £49,282 – £53,460 per annum (Band 9)

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day delivery of Hard and Soft FM services, including Grounds Maintenance, Street Cleansing, Building Cleaning, Asset Management and statutory compliance activities.
• Support and deputise for the Head of Facilities Management, ensuring services are safe, efficient and delivered to a consistently high standard.
• Champion continuous improvement, drive commercial growth, foster innovation and deliver excellent customer satisfaction across all FM operations.

Qualifications

• Experienced operational leader with a background in FM services.
• People‑management skills and a solid understanding of compliance and Health and Safety.
• Ability to run busy, multi‑disciplined services effectively.
• Commercial awareness, customer‑focused, able to drive improvement, manage resources, solve problems quickly and deliver high‑quality services across a complex operational environment.
