Real Estate Analyst / Associate

£65,000 – £85,000 (depending on experience)
An established and growing real estate investment firm is seeking a Real Estate Analyst / Associate to join their investment team. This role offers the opportunity to work across acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio strategy within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
The successful candidate will support the evaluation and execution of property investments, financial modelling, and market analysis across a range of real estate sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain detailed financial models for potential acquisitions and existing assets
- Conduct market research, investment analysis, and due diligence on potential opportunities
- Assist with underwriting, valuation analysis, and investment committee materials
- Support transaction processes including financial analysis and coordination with advisors
- Monitor portfolio performance and prepare asset management reports
- Contribute to investment strategy through market insights and sector analysis
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate investment, advisory, valuation, or a related field
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling; familiarity with Argus is beneficial
- Solid understanding of real estate markets and investment metrics
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline preferred but not essential
