Compliance Manager
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the newly created position of Compliance Manager is a pivotal hire for CHH as it grows and future proofs its process and governance.
This role sits across the interface of engineering, operations, logistics, warehousing, suppliers, and regulatory notified bodies. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting a culture of leading SHEQ activities and compliance, managing regulatory risk, and supporting business growth through robust governance practices, including the development of clear and effective policies and procedures.
Essential skills and attributes
Demonstrable experience creating and implementing Compliance Management policies and procedures for a growing organisation
NEBOSH qualified
Experience in a logistics, warehousing or manufacturing environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise policies and documentation
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
