A collegiate and forward-thinking hedge fund is seeking a proactive Paralegal to join its dynamic in-house legal team.
About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, you’ll play a key role in supporting the legal function across a broad range of responsibilities, including:
- Corporate governance support (board meetings, minute-taking, first-draft documentation)
- Drafting and reviewing general commercial contracts and investor representation letters
- Legal horizon scanning and regulatory monitoring
- KYC and onboarding processes
- Invoice and administrative legal support
What We’re Looking For:
This role is ideal for a commercially minded paralegal who takes initiative and thrives in a collaborative environment. You should be confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels and ideally have experience in:
- Corporate governance and commercial contracts
- Financial services or a top-tier law firm environment
