FLT Driver

Manpower are now recruiting for an FLT / Counterbalance Driver for one of our clients based close to North Thoresby. This is a great opportunity to join a busy production environment with ongoing work available.

Location

• Based between Louth and Grimsby
• Own transport essential due to site location and shift hours (no public transport available)

Shift Pattern

Monday – Thursday (Rotating shifts)- You must be happy working both shift patterns.

Week 1

• 6:00am – 6:00pm

Week 2

• 6:00pm – 6:00am

Pay Rate

£12.21 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
• Moving, sorting and transporting high-quality plastic products and plastic bales
• Loading and unloading materials in and out of operational areas
• Supporting production teams where required

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Minimum 6 months continuous FLT / Counterbalance experience
• Valid, in-date B1 Counterbalance xwzovoh Licence

Additional Requirements

• Reliability
• Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
