Job Title: Social Media Manager – Hospitality & Food (Full-Time)

Location: London (1 Day per Week On-Site)

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, trend-aware Social Media Manager to join our team full-time, working exclusively with hospitality and food clients. From restaurants and cafés to bars and food brands, you’ll be responsible for bringing these businesses to life online through engaging, high-performing content—especially short-form video.

This role is primarily remote, with one day per week spent on-site in London capturing content and collaborating directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage content calendars for hospitality and food brands across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Clip, edit, and repurpose video content into engaging short-form formats (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
  • Capture on-site content weekly, including food, drinks, venues, and behind-the-scenes moments
  • Develop creative concepts tailored to each brand’s identity and audience
  • Stay on top of food, dining, and social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant
  • Write engaging captions that reflect each brand’s tone and drive interaction
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimise content strategies

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts, ideally within hospitality, food, or lifestyle sectors
  • Strong video editing skills — must be confident clipping and producing short-form video content
  • Passion for food, dining, and hospitality culture
  • Solid understanding of current social media trends and platform best practices
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
  • Based in or near London and available for weekly on-site content days

Nice to Have

  • Photography skills (especially food and venue photography)
  • Experience working with restaurants, cafés, bars, or food brands
  • Basic knowledge of paid social campaigns

Working Arrangement

  • Full-time role
  • Remote-first, with 1 day per week on-site in London
