Salary range £45,000 – £50,000 per annum with excellent benefits including a parking permit and 25 days holiday

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Property Manager (Block) to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, overseeing a team of property managers, and ensuring the efficient and effective management of all aspects of the properties.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage a portfolio of properties, including residential and commercial buildings, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with all regulations and standards
– Oversee a team of property managers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
– Develop and maintain relationships with clients, tenants, and other stakeholders
– Conduct regular property inspections and address any maintenance or repair issues in a timely manner
– Ensure all financial aspects of the properties are managed effectively, including budgeting, rent collection, and invoicing
– Monitor and manage lease agreements, ensuring all tenants are in compliance with their obligations
– Handle any tenant complaints or disputes, and take appropriate action to resolve them
– Keep up-to-date with industry developments and legislation, and implement any necessary changes to ensure compliance
– Prepare and present reports to senior management on the performance of the portfolio and any issues or concerns that may arise
– Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall management of the properties
– Perform any other duties as assigned by senior management.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in property management, real estate, or a related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with at least 2 years in a senior/leadership role
– Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations
– Excellent leadership and team management skills
– Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong financial management and budgeting skills
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
– Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
