We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join a prestigious global luxury footwear brand at their beautiful Chelsea store. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader with a strong background in luxury retail, people management, and a client-focused, sales-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring operational excellence.
- Assist in leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing store team.
- Help manage recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Drive sales performance while maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.
- Contribute to setting and achieving store KPIs and commercial targets.
- Support with operational duties such as stock management, staff rotas, disciplinaries, and performance reviews.
- Play an active role in clientelling initiatives and fostering customer loyalty.
Experience & Skills Required
- Previous management experience within luxury retail, ideally with experience opening new stores.
- Proven ability in recruiting, training, and developing teams.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, positive, and motivating approach.
- Sales-focused mindset with a genuine passion for delivering a world-class client experience.
- Comfortable handling operational processes including people management procedures.
- Experience within a luxury footwear or fashion environment is a strong advantage.
