The Role
We are looking for an Operations & Sales Executive to support both the operational and client-facing sides of the business.
This role is ideal for someone organised, detail-oriented, and commercially minded, who is looking to build a career within the luxury watch industry.
You will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the business while also supporting and developing into a client-facing sales role.
Key Responsibilities
• Supporting day-to-day operations and internal processes
• Preparing invoices, documentation, and maintaining accurate records
• Managing stock systems and ensuring consistency across platforms
• Coordinating shipments and following dispatch procedures
• Assisting with client enquiries across showroom and digital channels
• Supporting the sales team and gradually taking on client-facing responsibilities
What We Are Looking For
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive and structured approach to work
• Good communication skills and confidence with clients
• Commercial awareness and willingness to develop in sales
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-value environment
• Interest in luxury watches or jewellery is highly advantageous

Full-time
5 days per week (rota across Monday to Sunday)
