Manager / Associate – Real Estate M&A

A leading Corporate Finance team is looking to hire a Manager / Associate to support on high-profile M&A and capital markets transactions across the UK and Europe.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who started their career in surveying (e.g. Quantity Surveying / Commercial / Real Estate) and have since moved into M&A, Corporate Finance or Capital Markets, with 3+ years’ transaction experience.

You’ll play a key role in executing buy-side, sell-side and fundraising mandates, working closely with private equity, corporates and entrepreneurial clients on complex deals.

Key responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of M&A transactions
• Financial modelling, valuation and deal analysis (DCF, LBO, multiples)
• Prepare client presentations, IMs and transaction materials
• Manage workstreams and liaise with clients, lenders and advisors
• Contribute to deal origination and relationship development
• Mentor junior team members

Requirements

• Background in Surveying (QS / Commercial / Real Estate) with a move into Corporate Finance, M&A or Capital Markets
• 3+ years’ transaction experience
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
• Experience supporting deal execution
• Commercial mindset and strong stakeholder management skills
