Responsibilities

  • Supply prescriptions, deliver a range of NHS and private services, and provide healthcare advice to customers.
  • Play an active role in the pharmacy’s charities support program, giving advice to people in the community at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
  • Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading, training, and developing colleagues.
  • Assist the Pharmacy Manager in building relationships with Primary Care Networks and GP surgeries.
  • Ensure accurate payment claims for NHS‑covered items.

Qualifications

  • Pharmacy degree.
  • Passion for leading and empowering a team.
  • Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willingness to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
  • Completion of a DBS check (organised by Tesco).
