Role OverviewThis is a hands-on delivery role for someone comfortable working independently while maintaining strong communication with a board of trustees. The Site & Construction
Manager will act as the central point of coordination on site, ensuring works progress efficiently and on-time, risks are managed, and key decisions are escalated when needed.
The Site & Construction Manager will work alongside the Project Manager to ensure the capital works schedule and budget remain aligned with the overall activity schedule and project budget.
