Client Reporting Analyst

Client Reporting Analyst | Investment Management | London

A leading global asset manager is looking to hire a Client Reporting Analyst to join its Investment Reporting team in London.

This is a high-impact role supporting institutional clients and working closely with investment and distribution teams to deliver best-in-class reporting and client materials.

Key responsibilities & duties:

• Produce high-quality investment reports, client presentations, and marketing materials with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness
• Manage end-to-end reporting processes, ensuring smooth delivery and prioritisation across stakeholders
• Enhance reporting content to improve clarity, insight, and visual storytelling
• Partner with Sales and Investment teams to support client meetings and ongoing reporting needs
• Contribute to system and data migrations (including reporting platforms and data infrastructure)
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardisation, and innovation

The role requires:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or similar
• Experience in investment or client reporting within asset management (Fixed Income & Multi-Asset preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL
• Experience with tools such as reporting platforms, data warehouses, or visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau) is beneficial
• Interest in technology, automation, and AI-driven reporting solutions (Python a plus)
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, client-friendly outputs
